Dave Zeltserman has held various software engineering roles since 1995. Dave began their career as a Consulting Software Engineer at 3Com, where they were the technical leader for the network management group and developed the award-winning StatusWatch product. Dave then became a Partner/Software Developer at Net Mgmt Solutions, where they founded a company to provide network management applications and custom development to end-users and vendors.

In 1997, Dave moved to NextPoint Networks, Inc. as a Consulting Software Engineer, where they developed the Intelligent Agent. Dave then joined Nokia as a Network Management Architect, responsible for determining the network management products needed to support Nokia's VPN routers.

In 1999, Dave began working at Lucent Corp. as a Principal Software Developer, where they defined, designed and implemented a JAVA distributed client-server application for monitoring the health and performance of a network of SpringTide devices. Dave then joined West Ridge Networks as a Software Architect/Lead Developer, where they architected and implemented JAVA code to allow data to be collected abstractly from any number of different devices.

In 2006, Dave joined BEZ Sytems as a Software Developer. Dave then took a sabbatical from 2007 to 2019, during which time they retrained himself in Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JavaScript with a plan to reenter software development.

In 2019, Dave became a Software Engineer at enVerid Systems, Inc., where they enhanced embedded C code to allow Enverid’s HLR system to work independently of the SCADA system and developed/implemented Java code to simulate a large number of HLR systems to load test new SCADA system. Dave Zeltserman attended Boston University Metropolitan College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Science. Dave then attended University of Colorado Boulder from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Math and Computer Science.
