Joffrey Tourret

Joffrey Tourret has a long and varied work experience. Joffrey began their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer (Apprenticeship) for the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL), where they developed a .Net-based service-oriented architecture for traffic supervision. Joffrey then moved on to Sky in 2008, where they held the roles of Engineering Manager (Scrum Master), Product Manager, and Agile Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined Twilio Inc. as a Senior Engineering Manager, leading the Phone Numbers Engineering org. In 2019, they co-founded Movie Cars Central, and in 2020 they became the Director of Engineering at Socure. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at Storyboard.

Joffrey Tourret studied Computer Science and Network Engineering at ESIPE from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Ingénieur (MSc in Engineering) degree. Prior to that, they attended the Technology Institue of University of Valenciennes from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BTEC HND (1st) in Computer Science and Electronical Engineering.
