Elisabeth (Lilli) Klein MSc has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service and sales industries. Elisabeth (Lilli) began their career in 2015 as a Sales Coordinator for EF Education First. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Care Assistant at ABBEY TOURS SCOTLAND LIMITED, where they were responsible for creating and updating itineraries, chartering bookings, creating invoices and vouchers, and negotiating service arrangements and prices with suppliers. In 2018, they moved to The Dunstane Houses as a Front of House Assistant. In 2019, they joined 25hours Hotels as a Sales Coordinator. In 2020, they began working for GoStudent as a Customer Success Manager, eventually becoming a Junior Team Lead and then a Team Lead in the Customer Success Management DACH department. In their current role, they are leading a team of over 14 members, driving the team to achieve KPIs and individual market targets, and creating and hosting workshops for better collaboration between departments. In 2023, they joined Storyclash as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Elisabeth (Lilli) Klein MSc completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business (BA) in Tourism & Leisure Management from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems between 2015 and 2018. Elisabeth (Lilli) also completed an exchange semester in Global Tourism Management from Royal Roads University in 2016. In 2018, they completed a Master of Science - MSc in International Marketing Management with Digital Marketing from Heriot-Watt University. Additionally, in February 2016, they obtained an IELTS English Proficiency Certificate (C1) from IELTS BRITISHCOUNCIL.
