Head of Customer Success at Storyclash

Oscar Linares has worked in various roles in the customer success and online marketing industry since 2015. In 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at Storyclash. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Smarter Ecommerce (smec) as a Team Lead Customer Success Managers, Online Marketing Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2016, they also worked as a Working Student Online Marketing at Crealytics. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a FH-Praktikant at AVL.

Oscar Linares obtained their Profesional en Administración de Negocios Internacionales from Universidad del Rosario between 2009 and 2016. Oscar then attended the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria between 2013 and 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Sales and Marketing with a focus on Sales and B2B Marketing. In 2015, they also attended the University of International Business and Economics for an English Marketing and Economics Program. In 2016, they participated in a Semester Abroad at Universität Passau, studying International Business and Economics. Oscar then returned to the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, where they earned a Master of Arts in Global Sales and Marketing, with a focus on Sales and B2B Marketing, between 2015 and 2017. In December 2016, they obtained a Google AdWords certification - shopping advertising from Google.
