Project Management

The Project Management team at Storyland Studios oversees the planning, execution, and completion of our immersive Experience Design projects. They coordinate between various disciplines—Strategic, Spatial, and Interactive Storytelling—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This team also manages client relationships, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring that every aspect of our three-dimensional stories not only meets but exceeds client and audience expectations.
