Zoe Coleman has held a variety of roles in the customer service and marketing space since 2014. Zoe began their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Venue Retail in 2014, followed by a role as a Holiday Representative at NUCO in 2015. In 2016, Zoe worked as a Marketing Executive at Natterbox Limited, where they were responsible for event planning, external and internal email and social campaigns, website development, and creating online webinars for customers. From 2017 to 2018, Zoe was an Account Executive and Marketing Accounts Intern at Grey London, managing multiple seasonal ATL campaigns and mentoring interns. Zoe then moved on to isobel as an Account Manager, managing finance, project management, B2C and B2B work executions, and relationship building. In 2020, Zoe was a Senior Producer and Client Relationship Manager for New Business at Linetest. Zoe then held two roles as a Customer Success Manager, first at Xemoto Media Ltd. in 2022 and then at Hootsuite in 2022, where they utilized their Salesforce and Gainsight skills. Currently, Zoe is a Customer Success Manager at StoryStream.

Zoe Coleman completed their A levels at Alton College between 2009 and 2011, studying Drama and Theatre Studies, English Literature and Language, and Media Studies. Zoe then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Kingston University between 2011 and 2015. In 2013, they also completed a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Creative Advertising at Bond University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in May 2022, SEO Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2020, and Online Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020.
