Jessika Eriksson began their work experience in March 2013 as a Nyhetsjournalist at Sydöstran, where they worked until April 2013. Jessika then worked as a Skribent at SMASK from December 2013 to May 2014. In June 2014, they joined Nyheter24 as a Nyhetsjournalist for two months. From September 2014 to June 2015, Jessika worked as a Skribent and photographer at P-Town, where they managed content series and highlighted stories about people from Piteå. Jessika then worked as a Butiksbiträde at KappAhl from May 2013 to December 2015. After that, they worked as a Konsult at Middlepoint AB from December 2015 to September 2016. In November 2016, Jessika started working as a Marknadsförare at VIACONTO.se and VIASPAR, where they stayed until August 2018. Since August 2018, they have been with Storytel, initially working as a Global Support member until March 2020. Jessika then became a Global CRM Coordinator and, as of April 2022, transitioned into the role of Global CRM Manager Europe, responsible for creating structures, work processes, and customer communication strategies in various markets using automated and personalized communication channels.

Jessika Eriksson completed their education at multiple institutions. Jessika started their academic journey at Rodengymnasiet from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on social sciences with a specialization in languages. After that, they attended Luleå University of Technology from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Borås in 2015 and completed a program in Design for the Good Life, specifically within the field of Design and Visual Communication.
