Puck Boekhout

Puck Boekhout has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Sales Executive at Andean Travel Company in 2015 and then moved on to TravelBird, where they worked as an Account Manager Long Haul. At TravelBird, they were responsible for managing partnerships, expanding into new destinations, and analyzing data to drive strategic plans and forecasts. Puck then joined Secret Escapes as a Sales Manager, where they focused on growing partnerships and improving the process of submitting deals. They also worked at a small European travel agency as a Freelancer, handling crisis management during COVID-19 and implementing a CRM system. Puck has experience as a Sales Manager at Barts Boekje and as a Customer Success Manager at Teamleader. They founded their own pastry service called Puck's Pastries and worked on it from 2020 until 2023. Currently, Puck is working as a Customer Success Manager at Storyteq.

Puck Boekhout obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Windesheim, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they had earned their high school degree from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, completing their studies in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Puck Boekhout also obtained a certification in Effective Influencing from ICM opleidingen & trainingen in September 2021.
