Linsey Huybrechts

Linsey Huybrechts is currently a People Operations Manager at StoryTerrace. Before that, they were the Human Resources Office Manager at NewCo Communications from April 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and organizing HR & office operations in a 150-200 employee Customer Service business. This included HR policies, employee engagement, diversity and equality lead, payroll, and organizing office move. During their time at NewCo Communications, they also helped implement a disciplinary behaviour procedure and exit process.

Huybrechts has strong interpersonal and communication skills, which they developed while working as the diversity and equality lead at NewCo Communications. Linsey is also experienced in administering payroll for +150 people. In addition, they have experience in organizing and creating online workshops and meetups for line managers to support their team members remotely.

Linsey Huybrechts reports to Rutger Bruining, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Benjamin Wilhelm - North America Senior Account Executive, Chantelle Derrick - UK Account Executive, and Hannah Clarke - UK Sales Executive.
