Sean Simpson

Sean Simpson is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at StoryToys since November 2022, Sean previously held the position of Engineering Manager at East Side Games, where responsibilities included mentoring engineers and providing technical direction. Prior roles at IGT involved managing software development teams and enhancing departmental processes, while earlier positions included Principal Software Developer at both IGT and Cupcake Digital, Inc., where Sean led the development of casino gaming software and mobile applications. Sean's career began as an Instructor at McKenzie College, teaching visual and web technologies, supported by a certificate in Database Programming from BKM Research & Development.
