Kelly Hayes

Kelly Hayes is the owner of Stotler Hayes Group, LLC, a boutique health law firm founded in November 2012, which specializes in Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and administrative matters for healthcare providers nationwide. Previously, Kelly served as Of Counsel at Maring and Moody, LLC, managing Medicaid appeals and guardianship matters, and as an Associate Attorney at Schutjer Bogar, where strategic Medicaid benefit acquisitions were a focus. Significant experience also includes a role as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, where involvement in various litigation matters occurred, and prior positions at other prestigious firms. Kelly holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
