Nick Polichena

Nick Polichena is an experienced professional in the construction and real estate industries. As the Owner and Contractor at Polichena Construction since April 2021, Nick has demonstrated expertise in managing construction projects. Additionally, Nick has served as a Realtor at both Stouffer Realty, Inc. and BHHS Stouffer Realty since March 2016, showcasing skills in property sales and client relations.
