Bartley O'Dwyer

Bartley O'Dwyer is a seasoned professional in private capital and business development, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Private Capital at Stout since January 2023. Prior to this, Bartley held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at Consero Global from February 2020 to January 2023, contributing as a member of the executive team backed by BV Investment Partners. Bartley's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Gerson Lehrman Group, where responsibilities included leading Private Equity Sales and new business generation across The Americas, along with a role on the North American Financial Services executive leadership team. Bartley's career started at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., progressing through various roles including management and leadership development programs. Educationally, Bartley holds an MA from The London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Providence College, alongside studies in EU Politics at Université Catholique de Louvain.
