Emily Kohler

Emily Kohler is a Colleague Experience Manager at Stout, where responsibilities also include serving as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager and Campus Recruiting Manager since July 2022. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Director of Recruitment for Graduate Business Programs at Xavier University’s Williams College of Business from September 2021 to July 2022. Emily's experience at Xavier University also includes serving as a Program Coordinator/Graduate Advisor and a Student Success Coach, focusing on student support and recruitment initiatives from June 2017 to September 2021. Earlier roles included Academic Advisor at Bowling Green State University and Program Assistant at The Ohio State University. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University.
