Frank McGuire

Frank McGuire, CVA, MAFF, currently serves as Managing Director at Stout since October 2022, following a similar role at The Claro Group from September 2019 to October 2022. With extensive experience in conducting complex financial analyses and preparing expert reports on economic damages across various disputes, McGuire specializes in lost profits from commercial disputes, lost earnings, and business valuation disputes, providing expert witness testimony in federal and state courts as well as arbitration. Prior experience includes serving as Director in Disputes & Investigations at Duff & Phelps from 2008 to 2019, focusing on forensic accounting and fraud investigations, and a variety of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 2008, where McGuire concentrated on dispute analysis and investigations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University.
