Joel Cohen is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in dispute, forensic, and insolvency practice areas, focusing on the financial services and asset management industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and New York Office Leader at Stout since October 2018, Joel specializes in cross-border insolvency and litigation as a financial advisor and consulting expert. Prior roles include Managing Director at Murray Analytics, Director at Duff & Phelps, and Senior Vice President at Citigroup, where responsibilities encompassed corporate investigations and compliance initiatives. Joel began his career in forensic audit with Deloitte and Gabel Associates, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
