Lauren Trilling

Lauren Trilling, MAI, serves as Director and Senior Vice President at Stout, where tenure began in May 2012. As a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states and a Candidate for Designation within the Appraisal Institute, Lauren specializes in the valuation of healthcare-related properties, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, hospitals, surgery centers, and medical office buildings. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at The Land of Nod and an Administrative Assistant at New Trier Partners, where skills in customer service and real estate project preparation were developed. Lauren holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and has also studied at the University of Newcastle.
