Naomi Derner

Naomi Derner, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in valuation and consulting, currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since October 2022. Previously, Derner held the role of Managing Director at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. from March 2019 to November 2022 and founded Derner Valuation Consulting in March 2008, specializing in business, securities, and intangible asset appraisals for tax and financial reporting compliance. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin and as a valuation analyst at Arthur Andersen. Derner began a career in finance as an analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
