Uday Gulvadi

Uday Gulvadi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since March 2020, Uday has held various leadership roles, including Director of Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance at ACA Telavance, Inc., and Internal Audit Director at KBL and Orbitra. Uday actively contributes to the finance community as a Board Member of AIBACP and a volunteer member of the Global Financial Services Knowledge Group at The Institute of Internal Auditors. Uday has a strong academic background, holding a CPA and FCA, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
