Whitney Kirkwood, SHRM-SCP, M.S., currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Stowers Machinery Corporation since November 2024, following a role as Vice President of Human Resources & Safety at Xpress Global Systems from March 2021 to November 2024. Whitney has a proven track record in human capital management, process improvement, and safety integration, successfully managing teams and implementing performance management and succession planning initiatives. Prior experience includes various leadership roles in human resources and marketing at Dillon Transportation, where responsibilities encompassed the HR life cycle and recruitment advertising. Whitney holds a Master of Science in Management from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University.
