Caroline Elias

Caroline Elias currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations for the Sensor Division at STR since February 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline was Program Director at Applied Research Solutions, leading the Aerial Networks and Special Project Divisions for the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center from December 2022 to February 2024. Earlier positions at Raytheon Technologies included Digital Transformation Engineering Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing a budget of approximately $40 million and overseeing 175 employees focused on digital product development. Caroline's extensive career at Raytheon, spanning from 1997 to 2021, included roles such as Senior Program Manager, Senior Principal Systems Engineer, and various engineering management positions. Caroline holds an MBA in Management from Bentley University and a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
