Chad Schuyler

Chad Schuyler is an accomplished Principal Systems Engineer at STR, with a robust background in systems engineering and technical direction honed over nearly two decades at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. Notably, Chad served as the Senior Principal System Engineer, leading the Ground Based Radar Program and Advanced Electronic Protection IRAD, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to field integration. Achievements include executing a transformative advanced technology demonstration, receiving the Missile Defense Agency's "MDA Technology Award" for integrating next-generation radar technologies, and leading innovative research in signal processing and AI/ML applications to enhance radar capabilities. Chad holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
