Cristy Meyer has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 1992 as an Account Representative at Async/VoiceCom Systems. Cristy then worked in marketing at BrandEquity International from 1994-1996. In 2001, Cristy joined BBN Technologies as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they coached managers, conducted full-cycle recruitment, and provided policy interpretation and training. Cristy was subsequently promoted to Compensation Analyst in 2006, Compensation and Benefits Manager in 2008, and Manager of HR Client Services in 2008. At BBN Technologies, Cristy was responsible for talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and investigations. In 2010, they joined Raytheon BBN Technologies as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they provided strategic coaching to business leaders and executed talent management life cycles. In 2022, Cristy joined STR as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Cristy Meyer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maine between 1987 and 1992. Cristy later pursued a Master of Science degree in HR Development from Villanova University from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cristy Mayer obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in November 2015. Cristy also earned the SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification from SHRM in September 2020.
