Michele Hiland

Michele Hiland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and bookkeeping. Currently, Michele serves as the Founder and Owner of Altitude Books LLC, providing professional bookkeeping services to small businesses since April 2023. Prior to this, Michele has held several senior positions at STR and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, focusing on advanced undersea systems and space systems analysis. Michele's career began as an Engineer Assistant III at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Academically, Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Northeastern University.
