Stefano Coraluppi has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Stefano started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland in 1990 and worked there until 1997. Later, they joined ALPHATECH as a Senior Research Engineer from 1997 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Senior Scientist at the NATO Undersea Research Centre from 2002 to 2010. Stefano then moved to Compunetix, where they served as a Principal Research Engineer from 2010 to 2014. Currently, Stefano is employed at Systems & Technology Research, where they have held the roles of Principal Scientist from 2014 to 2017 and Chief Scientist since September 2017.
Stefano Coraluppi has an extensive education history in the field of electrical engineering. Stefano began their educational journey by completing their high school diploma at Central Catholic High School from 1982 to 1986. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at Carnegie Mellon University, graduating in 1990. Stefano then continued their studies at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from 1990 to 1992. Finally, Stefano completed their education at the University of Maryland by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering from 1992 to 1997.
