Timothy S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electronic warfare and systems engineering. Currently serving as Chief Scientist - Sector Chief at STR since October 2021, Timothy previously held the position of Senior Engineering Fellow at Raytheon from May 2012 to October 2021, where expertise in electronic warfare was demonstrated through leadership of R&D projects aimed at enhancing radar electronic protection techniques. Timothy also served as a Site Lead at RTSC, successfully implementing federal regulations for the FMCSA, and has a significant engineering background at Raytheon and BAE Systems, leading multi-million dollar projects and developing software for military applications. Academically, Timothy holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
