Tony Fischetti

Tony Fischetti, MBA, is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in radar systems and advanced technologies. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Architect at STR since June 2022, Fischetti previously held significant roles including Vice President of Sensor Systems Advanced Radar Technologies at Systems Technology & Research and Chief Technologist at STR. Fischetti's career also includes leadership positions as Chief Technology Officer at Saab, Vice President and Chief Architect at MACOM, and Senior Director Northrop Grumman Fellow at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where contributions spanned over three decades. Fischetti earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Sacred Heart University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport.
