Chris Klauda

Chris Klauda is a Senior Director at STR., with experience in product analytics and insights. Prior to STR., Klauda held the position of VP Lodging Research Services at D.K. Shifflet & Associates for nearly thirty years, managing major hotel clients and playing a key role in developing the DIRECTIONS® Travel Intelligence SystemSM. Additionally, Klauda served as the Director of Data Processing at The Wirthlin Group and as a Regional Tabulation Supervisor at GfK Custom Research North America. Klauda holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Market Research from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
