Rev. Dr. Ayana James Acc

Rev. Dr. Ayana James ACC, FEA, ICD.D serves as the President and Chief Consulting Officer of STRAAD since October 2018, specializing in management consulting to enhance employee engagement and align organizational culture with strategic goals. Concurrently, Ayana has been a Certified Executive Coach at MonogramLEADERSHIP since August 2014, an ordained minister and theologian with The United Church of Canada since August 2003, and an adjunct faculty member at St. Stephen's College since April 2014. Ayana also holds the position of Chair of the Department of Theology for doctoral degree programs at GGCLC Alumna since June 2017, participating in the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference. Ayana's educational background includes a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary, Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Religion from Yale University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development & Change Management from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
