Amit Kaul is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering management and operational leadership across various companies. As the Co-Founder of Straatix Partners since November 2023, Amit focuses on evolving delivery models in the global tech landscape. Prior to this, Amit served as India Country Manager and Vice President of Engineering at Dialpad, where responsibilities included scaling operations and managing distributed global engineering teams. Amit's career also includes significant roles at Poly, where management encompassed product engineering impacting revenue and operations during acquisitions, as well as pivotal positions at Cisco and Intel, emphasizing leadership in software development and technical innovation. Amit holds advanced degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
