Rabea Kinzinger

Rabea Kinzinger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Teamlead Recruiting and in People & Culture Development at STRABAG since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rabea spent over six years at Job Ambition GmbH, progressing from Personalreferent to Senior Personalreferentin and finally to Project Lead in HR Services. Rabea's career also includes experience as a Candidate Management Coordinator at Goodgame Studios and an internship in Recruiting, as well as an internship in Personalentwicklung at future format DGME. Rabea holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Hohenheim, completed in 2014.
