Sarah Matheson has extensive experience in Workday optimisation and functional consulting across various leadership roles. Currently, as EMEA Workday Optimisation Architect Lead at Strada since July 2024, Sarah is at the forefront of delivering innovative payroll, HCM, and financial management solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Workday Optimisation Architect Lead EMEA and Director - Functional Practice Area Lead EMEA at Alight Solutions, where Sarah leveraged collaborative networking and contributed to recruitment and proposal processes.
