Heather Godley

Heather Godley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heather is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Stradley Ronon since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from April 2019 to the present. Heather also held the position of Regional Office Manager at Stradley Ronon from September 2015 to March 2019, where they managed paralegals and non-exempt staff, handled staffing and training needs, and oversaw facilities management.

Before joining Stradley Ronon, Heather worked as an Event Coordinator at The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur from March 2014 to September 2015. In this role, they organized and managed various fundraising events, recruited and supervised committee members, and handled event follow-up and coordination.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Fox Rothschild LLP in different positions. Heather served as a Marketing Coordinator from April 2013 to September 2013, and as an Administrative Coordinator from July 2005 to April 2013.

Heather Godley, SHRM-CP, attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004, although their specific degree and field of study remain undisclosed. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Great Valley High School from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Heather Godley obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM institution in February 2021.
