Michael Mundt

Michael Mundt serves as a Partner at Stradley Ronon, specializing in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and recognized nationally for expertise in the regulatory aspects of the industry. Previously, Michael Mundt held significant roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Assistant Director in the Division of Investment Management, where responsibilities included managing ETF policy and reviewing applications for innovative ETF structures. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Counsel at ICI Mutual Insurance Company, focusing on insurance and risk management for mutual funds. Michael Mundt earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as multiple degrees in English and History from Louisiana State University.
