Brent Reinke

Brent Reinke is a Partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, advising a diverse range of businesses from emerging ventures to multinational corporations. With 30 years of transactional law experience, Brent combines legal expertise with entrepreneurial insight gained as a Co-Founder, Advisor, and Director of Vapur, Inc., and as the Founder, Director, and Chairman of Bioscience Alliance, an organization promoting life sciences in the 101 Corridor. Additionally, Brent is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Gold Coast Executive Forum, which facilitates educational and networking events for business professionals. Previously, Brent served as a Business Law Partner and Advisor at Musick Peeler & Garrett. Brent holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Economics from Loyola Law School and a BA in Economics from Occidental College.
