Ryan Kelley

Ryan Kelley serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Strados Labs since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley was Senior Counsel for Global IP at Zent Law Group, providing legal support to a Fortune 500 e-commerce company from May 2021 to November 2022. Kelley's legal career includes positions such as Of Counsel at The Small Patent Law Group LLP, Intellectual Property Attorney at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. and Ballard Spahr LLP, as well as In-House Counsel and IP and Contracts Manager at CardioMEMS, Inc. Educationally, Kelley holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
