Nakyoung Chang

Nakyoung Chang is a foreign attorney with 18 years of experience as a legal professional and in-house counsel across various industries. Expertise includes M&A, investment, fair trade, data privacy, and corporate governance, with the ability to review and draft documents in both Korean and English. Nakyoung has held positions at major companies, including General Counsel at The Swatch Group Korea and Senior Legal Counsel at STRADVISION, where they currently work. Nakyoung earned a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Study from KAIST and a Master's degree in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from Yonsei University.
