Tulay Spicker

Tulay Spicker M.A. Diplomacy, MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at Straife since July 2023, Tulay also holds positions as Program Coordinator at Rice University, Board Member at the Archaeological Institute of America, Board Member at The National Coalition of Turkish American Women Political Action Committee, and Board Member at Empowering the Turkish-American Community. Tulay has a strong background in community engagement, fundraising, and strategic planning, particularly in supporting women’s leadership in politics. Previous experience includes serving as Portfolio Optimization Analyst at Cardinal Health and Assistant Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Tulay earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 2004, an MA in Diplomacy from the University of Malta in 1998, and a degree in Economics from Hacettepe University in 1991.
