Jenna Sovell

Jenna Sovell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX research and case management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a UX Researcher at Straight Line Theory since November 2022, Jenna previously worked at Evernorth from May 2017 to March 2022 in roles including Case Management Analyst and Case Management Lead Representative, where responsibilities encompassed assisting crisis phone line staff, coordinating legal compliance for patient cases, and providing support for complex insurance inquiries. Additionally, Jenna gained research experience as a Research Assistant Intern at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, analyzing human behavior in relationship studies. Jenna holds a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
