Charles G. began their career in 2005 as the Western Regional Sales Manager for Danaher Corporation/ Ormco. Charles then moved to Ultradent Products, Inc. / Opal Orthodontics in 2008 as the North American Director of Sales and National Accounts. In 2010, they became the National Sales and Group Accounts Manager for American Orthodontics. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Senior Vice President of Business Development for OrthoSynetics. Charles then transitioned to ClearCorrect in 2016 as the Director of Strategic Accounts, where they exceeded revenue goals by 100%. In 2019, Charles G. became the VP of Sales & Marketing for Hirsch Dynamics, where they developed ten new accounts and exceeded corporate goals by 45%. Most recently, in 2020, they were the CEO of Straight Teeth Solutions & Simple aligners, advising and leading a cross-functional team and providing consultant and advisory services to orthodontic device-aligner companies, dental companies, dentists, and investors.
