Ivy Polea

Ivy Polea is an experienced Process Excellence Coordinator at StraightArrow-Creative Process Outsourcing, responsible for creating and improving value-adding processes within the Operations Department since July 2014. Ivy has held various roles, including Process Engineer for Marketing, where internal processes were developed and documented, and Senior Content Marketing Specialist, overseeing comprehensive content strategy development. Additionally, Ivy began as a Junior Content Marketing Specialist, crafting digital marketing copy for clients. Prior experience includes serving as Head Teacher of English as a Foreign Language at C21 International Language Institute, focusing on training teachers in pronunciation and teaching methodologies. Ivy holds a BA in English Studies: Language from the University of the Philippines.
