Andrew Muroff

Andrew Muroff is the CEO of Strainprint Technologies, a company that provides data-driven solutions for the medical cannabis industry. Andrew is also a Senior Vice President Operations & Chief Information Officer at Premier Salons, a global leader in luxury spas, beauty salons and high-end beauty stores.

Muroff has over 20 years of experience in IT and operations management. Andrew has a proven track record in modernizing IT divisions, deploying new technologies, and consolidating and eliminating contract vendors.

At Premier Salons, Muroff oversaw the deployment of POS systems to 495 retail stores and 335 salons and spas, including planning for re-architecture and integration of centralized enterprise back-office systems. Andrew also deployed Google Apps to 1,100 corporate and field users to replace Microsoft Exchange, Office and Sharepoint systems, resulting in massive cost savings. In addition, Muroff oversaw the total migration of all hosted systems (24 servers) and multi-terabytes of data to a state-of-the-art managed hosting facility with annual savings of 30%.

Muroff was also responsible for strategic planning and support for all digital marketing initiatives, including Social Media. Andrew optimized digital marketing budget by implementing self-serve CMS’s for all websites and an automated marketing platform for triggered communications and scoring. Andrew also assisted with the design of new digital Loyalty programs across 5 corporate brands.

In their role as Acting General Counsel, Muroff supported HR, Retail, Franchise and risk management operations.

Andrew Muroff graduated from Western University with a B.A. in Economics. Andrew then attended the University of Windsor, where they earned a B.Comm. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Finance. Finally, they attended Michigan State University College of Law, where they earned a J.D.cum laude.
