Elham Nasir

Elham Nasir has worked in the IT industry since 2010. In 2018, they joined Strainprint Technologies Ltd as an IT Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master, where they developed and maintained a Kanban board to track work in process in collaboration with team and communicated common awareness of process, work in progress, and shared agreements to ensure on-time completion. Elham also adhered to bank policies/procedures and regulatory requirements for project delivery and financial rigor while supporting product owner on Agile/scrum practices. Elham was later promoted to Product Development Manager. From 2012 to 2018, Elham worked as an IT Quality Assurance Manager/Product Owner at Aspire Services-WeightWatchers, where they led operations team to execute business conduct and ensure compliance. Elham was also acknowledged for supporting delivery of service excellence to both internal/external customer groups. Prior to that, Elham worked as an Internet Web Developer at iHorizons.

Elham Nasir's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's of Information Technology from Al-Balqa` Applied University from 1997 to 2001, as well as a BS in Information Technology from ABU Amman Jordan from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Elham has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2022 and a CSM from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
