Kit Vaughan

Kit Vaughan is a seasoned leader in biomedical engineering and medical technology. As the Chief Executive Officer of TomoSwiss.AI, Kit currently develops innovative systems leveraging portable ultrasound and artificial intelligence for early breast cancer detection. Previously, Kit served as CEO of CapeRay, focusing on medical imaging products, and held various academic positions, including Professor at both the University of Virginia and the University of Cape Town. Kit's extensive industry experience includes directing and chairing multiple organizations dedicated to advancing medical devices and research. They hold a PhD in Musculoskeletal Biomechanics from the University of Iowa and a DSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
