Rosa Urtubi is an experienced professional serving as Managing Director at LET - Leadership & Transformation since 2014, where the focus is on delivering executive consulting, team management, and business model innovation. In addition, Rosa holds positions as an Expert Business Innovation Coach for BlueInvest European Commission and a Strategic Advice Partner at STRAMMER, specializing in executive search and human capital in life sciences.
