Dennis Moloney

Dennis Moloney has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specializing in prime Manhattan Beach residential properties within the $3 million to $12 million range. Since January 1996, Dennis has served as a Real Estate Broker at Strand Hill | Christie's International Real Estate, while also holding the position of President at Moloney Development, Inc. since January 1989, where Dennis has developed over 100 homes in the Manhattan Beach Sand Section. Additionally, Dennis is the Owner of MB New Homes and has prior experience as a Director at Oxford Properties, overseeing the marketing and leasing for Citicorp Plaza. Dennis holds an MBS in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development from USC Marshall School of Business, earned between 1976 and 1981.
