Leigh Melton

Leigh Melton, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at STRAND since April 2025, following an extensive career in human resources with roles including Human Resources Partner and Generalist at Carter BloodCare from August 2016 to April 2025. Previous experience includes leadership as Board President of the Castleberry High School Exes Association from October 2007 to September 2013, and various HR positions at NurseStaffing, Manpower, Inc., and Nursefinders, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College.
