Divya Vishwanath

Divya Vishwanath has a diverse background in the field of life sciences. Divya started their career as a Scientist at Biocon in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they joined Clinigene International Ltd (Biocon) as a Senior Scientist, where they focused on method development, qualification, validation, and analysis for cell-based functional assays. Divya worked on assessing the immunogenicity of drugs in various phases of clinical trials or in the pre-clinical phase. Additionally, they conducted potency assays for drug batch release and neutralizing antibody assays. In 2014, Divya returned to Strand Life Sciences as a Senior Scientist-I, holding this position until 2016. Divya then transitioned to the role of Senior Scientist at the same company in December 2017. Divya continues to work in this position.

Divya Vishwanath started their education at Sri Kumaran Public School (ICSE) where they completed their Higher Secondary education. Divya then attended Sri Kumaran Composite PU College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Pre University Degree. Later, they enrolled in Mount Carmel College from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a BSc degree in Chemistry, Zoology, and Biotechnology. During the same period, Divya also attended Bangalore University, completing their BSc in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Zoology. Continuing their studies in Biotechnology, they pursued a Master of Science degree at Bangalore University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College during the same time frame.
