Claudio Cungi

Claudio Cungi is currently the Head of Product at Strands. Claudio has over 5 years of experience in product and business development, with a focus on fintech and open banking.

Previously, they were the Product and Business Development Manager at CRIF, where they were responsible for launching a new business unit for digital banking services. Claudio was also focused on creating new retail and small business banking models. During their time at CRIF, they successfully created and coordinated new fintech services, developed a go-to-market strategy for a new saas model, and managed a team of +20 FTEs across several areas.

Before CRIF, Claudio worked at Accenture Interactive as a Manager. There, they gained experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and UX/UI design.

Claudio has a proven track record of success in product development and business management. Claudio is an innovative thinker who is always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience. Claudio is a strong leader with excellent communication skills.

Claudio Cungi received their Master of Science in Management in Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same school. Claudio also has certification from the Goethe Institut Mailand in Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom and certification in TOEFL.

They work with Leandro Gimeno - Director of Business & Sales, Pablo Reyes - Director of Technology, and Oscar Bañó - Director of Consulting & KAM. Claudio Cungi reports to Edoardo Borsari, Managing Director.
