Hèctor Manrique Prades

Hèctor Manrique Prades has a diverse work experience in the field of front-end development. Hèctor has held multiple roles in various companies, starting from their most recent position at Strands as a Front-End Engineer Tech Lead, where they worked on creating the new UI for Strands Bank Platform and defined the technical setup for the project. Prior to that, they were a Front-End Engineer at Zeelo, where they added new features to the Smart Bus Platform and developed map tools for real-time bus tracking. Hèctor also assisted the squad in day-to-day scrum processes. Before Zeelo, Hèctor worked as a Front-End developer at vpTech and as a Lead Front-End Developer at ForceManager, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining the Forcemanager web application. Additionally, they have experience as a Developer at Admira Digital Networks and eBD Soft, where they worked on platforms and custom-made web projects, respectively. Hèctor's work experience also includes a scholarship in Teaching Support at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Hèctor Manrique Prades has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona (FIB), which they obtained from 2006 to 2012. Hèctor also pursued a postgraduate program in IT Project Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, completing it in 2019. In terms of language skills, Hèctor completed an Upper-Intermediate English course (B2.2 CEFR) at Meritschool from 2012 to 2014. Hèctor also took various courses in specific areas of informatics, including Introduction to Informatics Security and Advanced PHP at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2011 and 2010 respectively. Additionally, Hèctor Manrique Prades has obtained several certifications, including "SCRUM con un café" from LinkedIn in 2020, MongoDB Java Developer certification from MongoDB, Inc. in 2014, and Upper-Intermediate and Intermediate English certifications from Meritschool in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
